Anatolii Chinah

Our talented head chef, Anatolii Chinah, was promoted to sous-chef at just 20 years old, and at 22, he took over the kitchen at Chateau Cojușna under the guidance of brand chef Alexandr Julavski.

Specializing in European cuisine, Anatolii continues to impress with his creativity and the refinement of his dishes.

Located right next to the hall where our wines begin their aging process, the Eminescu Hall accommodates 40 guests. Here, the shelves not only decorate but also house a selection from our prestigious Cahor wine collection.

The Podgorenilor Hall

This hall will captivate you with its undeniable authenticity. Every element, from the furniture and chandelier to the ceiling and other artifacts, is handcrafted from oak wood. With a capacity of 20 people, the Podgorenilor Hall is an ode to craftsmanship and Moldovan tradition.

The Bahus Room

Located in the basement of the chateau, the Bahus Hall is a revived medieval cellar, complete with torches on the walls and sturdy oak furniture. With a capacity of about 10 people, this hall invites you to step back in time, in an atmosphere that evokes history and mystery.
