1990 Collection Wine Madras
Madras is a fortified white collection wine made from a blend of Rkațiteli, Aligote and Fetească grapes from the 1990 harvest. Its original production method includes special Madeira-style treatment of the base wine, caramelising sugar over an open fire and other processes. These techniques give the wine its distinctive amber colour.
